		<Abstract>Let $KG$ be the modular group algebra of a group $G$ over a field $K$ of characteristic $p&gt;0$. Recently, we have seen the classification of group algebras $KG$ with upper Lie nilpotency index $t^{L}(KG)$ up to $10p-8$. In this paper, our aim is to classify the modular group algebra $KG$ with upper Lie nilpotency index $11p-9$, for $G&#039;= \gamma_{2}(G)$ as an abelian group.</Abstract>
